Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Property Manager to support the Property Manager in overseeing a Class-A office property in Los Angeles.

You’ll coordinate vendor services, respond to tenant needs, administer budgets, prepare financial reports, maintain lease records to meet client objectives and CBRE policies. You’ll also help with market analyses, rent collection, and monthly variance reporting to ensure accurate forecasting. This role emphasizes teamwork and CBRE RISE values.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and supervise staff to resolve problems promptly.
• Inspect property regularly and approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as needed.
• Approve and pay vendor invoices in compliance with CBRE policies.
• Prepare and approve tenant billings and manage lease administration.
• Market the property to prospective tenants and coordinate moves and space showings.
• Prepare reports for owners and manage budgets and forecasts.
