Job summary

You will support budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects, code vendor invoices, and prepare data reports while maintaining CBRE standards and RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with budgeting or financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
• Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
• Assist with budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects; code and process invoices, billing, expenses, and AR.
• Assemble data reports including AR, income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other metrics.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and report outcomes with recommendations.
