Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of the property, including leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight under the Property Manager.

You will interact with residents and staff, help maintain records and process payments, assist with renewals, and contribute to monthly reporting. A strong customer-service mindset and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Address delinquent accounts, assist with leasing, collections, and renewals as needed.
• Maintain accurate resident records and process payments.
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and coordinating property operations.
