Job summary

Gosnaphop in Washington, DC is seeking a temporary Property Management Coordinator to cover a short-term leave on-site with the busy office property team. Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in upscale retail or hospitality.
  • About 2 years of administrative experience in an onsite professional office.
  • Commercial property management experience strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a calm, courteous manner under pressure.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, juggle shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, flexible team player with a professional presence.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant and vendor calls and emails, routing issues to the right people
  • Coordinate tenant service requests and schedule building maintenance and contractor work
  • Prepare purchase orders and service contracts, and set up new vendors
  • Code, review, and process vendor invoices, following up with vendors on questionable or inaccurate charges
  • Bill tenants for chargeable work orders on a regular schedule
  • Track building sustainability data such as waste diversion, electricity use, and water use
  • Keep contractor insurance certificates and electronic and paper files current
  • Maintain tenant contact lists and information manuals, and prepare forms, spreadsheets, and other documents for the management team
  • Help plan tenant engagement events and send out regular building notices
  • Support budget preparation by gathering and entering data
  • Escalate recurring tenant concerns or unusual situations to the property manager

Job Title: Property Management Coordinator (Temporary, Onsite)

Assignment Type: Contract, approx. 1-month assignment (onsite)

Pay: $27 - $29 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (unpaid 30-minute lunch), 40 hours per week. Anticipated start in mid-October.

Job Description:
