You’ll assist with resident applications, re-certifications, manage contracts, and help daily office operations while communicating with residents, staff, and vendors.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, compliance with housing regulations, and contributing to Avesta’s mission of providing quality homes.

• Experience in working with multi-family housing preferred.

• Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis.
• Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
