Qualifications

• Experience in property management and multi-family housing.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with contract preparation and monitoring budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial, and compliance health of properties.
• Collaborate with site management and maintenance to deliver quality living environments.
