Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and compliance health of a diverse portfolio of properties. This on-site role requires leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of resident service.
The position involves regular travel between properties in Standish and Buxton, ME. A college degree or equivalent, plus experience in multi-family housing and strong accounting knowledge, are preferred.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/ week), non-exempt position. Pay range is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties in and around Standish and Buxton, ME.
