Job summary

Alpine Property Management in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Assistant Property Manager who values people, organization, and follow-through. This full-time, on-site role supports residents and property owners, responds to inquiries, coordinates showings, and helps move-ins.

You will manage relationships with residents, owners, and vendors, handle past-due accounts, coordinate maintenance, renewals, and move-outs, and collaborate with the Property Manager to keep properties running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Residential Renters license within one month of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, show properties, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
• Build positive relationships with residents, property owners, and vendors.
• Follow up on past-due accounts, assist with notices and documentation, and maintain resident records.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and apartment turnovers while keeping projects on track.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs while keeping details organized and communicating progress to the Property Manager.
• Work independently to solve problems, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate with the team to keep properties running smoothly.
