Responsibilities

• Support leasing and marketing efforts to maintain occupancy
• Lease apartments, oversee leasing activity, and approve applications
• Serve as a point of contact for residents
• Coordinate resident activities and partner with community groups
• Collect rent, manage resident accounts, and follow up on delinquencies
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, and maintenance
• Maintain resident files and prepare reports
