Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community, walk the property and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Support marketing efforts: advertising, promotions and publications.
• Handle rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies and prepare make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
