Job summary

Affinity is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Eugene, OR to support two multifamily communities. The role is in-person with a standard Tue-Sat 8am-5pm schedule and reports to the Property Manager.

You will handle leasing, renewals, and resident services, while maintaining occupancy targets and ensuring timely rent collection. A strong customer service mindset and 1+ year in property management are preferred, with Yardi CRM and full Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Fair Housing and Equal Housing opportunities requirements.
• Attend training and development seminars and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents and complete full cycle lease processes.
• Manage vendor invoices and assist with delinquency processes as needed.
• Maintain resident occupancy targets and ensure timely rent collection.
