Job summary

Live Oak, a premier commercial real estate firm in Central Texas, seeks a hands-on Property Management support role working with our team in Austin. You will split time between tenant and vendor calls and detailed spreadsheet work, joining two to three Property Managers to support 100-125 tenants.

This in-office role offers growth, opportunities for industry certifications, and a path from within as a team member thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–5 years in property management, real estate, or admin is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic spreadsheet tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Managers with annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
• Field calls with tenants and vendors.
• Help manage accounts receivable and issue past-due notices.
• Visit properties to build relationships and perform inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineers and vendors; manage work orders.
• Prepare service contracts and tenant bill-backs; onboarding new tenants.
• Support move-ins/outs and collect certificates of insurance as needed.
• Maintain organized tenant files and records.
