Barge Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across our Texas communities. You will partner with the Property Manager to coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident services, ensuring smooth operations and a positive resident experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a stable company with deep Texas roots.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management or a related real estate/housing/hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for residents and help resolve issues.
• Support the Property Manager in daily operations and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
