Salary Information

$20 - $22Hourly Wage

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with multi-family housing preferred.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to Avesta residents, staff, visitors, and vendors.
  • Experience assisting disadvantaged populations.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), non-exempt position. Hourly starting range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Work Location: This position is based in the Greater Portland area and will require travel to a portfolio of properties throughout the area.
