Job summary

Peak Living in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition and complete make-ready tasks.

This role may require weekends and after-hours emergency calls. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience in property management are expected; EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not required. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliances).
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance in assigned units.
• Process work orders and ensure Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment tasks.
