Job summary

Real Property Management Principles is seeking a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator to manage maintenance requests and coordinate internal and external vendors to keep properties in excellent condition.

You will handle various maintenance tasks, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely completion while prioritizing resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry).
• Valid driver's license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and routine upkeep.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coordinate with vendors.

Real Property Management Principles has the perfect role for you as a Maintenance Coordinator. With a pay range between $18-$23, depending on experience, you will be responsible for providing a great resident experience by keeping the property looking great and working well. This could include pools, landscaping, exercise equipment, appliances, heating and cooling systems, overhead doors, and lighting (just to name a few).

Furthermore, properties will need repairs, painting, and cleaning between tenants and during residency. You will be responsible coordinating the maintenance efforts internally and externally with vendors, ensuring that the property shines.

Your Responsibilities As a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator

• Property Maintenance – You will coordinate maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.

Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician position is a base pay of $18-23/hour.
