Job summary

Real Property Management Principles in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator to handle work orders and coordinate maintenance with vendors to keep properties in great condition. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work including general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Front line service duties: interact with residents; a smile is part of the uniform.
• Help improve properties through great customer service and completing tasks to maintain property attractiveness.
