Real Property Management Principles is seeking a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator in Saint Joseph, MO. You will coordinate maintenance work across tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool maintenance and more, ensuring properties stay in first-class condition for residents and owners.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in maintenance or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Front line service: interact with residents professionally, taking pride in appearance and behavior.
• Improve properties by delivering great customer service and timely work, helping owners enhance the property.

With a pay range between $18-$23, depending on experience, you will be responsible for providing a great resident experience by keeping the property looking great and working well. This could include pools, landscaping, exercise equipment, appliances, heating and cooling systems, overhead doors, and lighting (just to name a few).Furthermore, properties will need repairs, painting, and cleaning between tenants and during residency.
