National Community Renaissance is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and operations at a California community. Under supervision, you will participate in maintenance projects, perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, and assist with custodial and grounds work to maintain a safe, clean living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management, a high school diploma or equivalent,

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates initiative and teamwork

Aufgaben

• Perform minor electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, and outlets.
• Do minor plumbing tasks such as clearing stoppages and replacing fittings.
• Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, blinds, locks, and tile as needed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as directed.
• Assist in custodial duties and grounds maintenance.
• Help with inspection, check-in/check-out, and vacancy turnover.
• Maintain safe work environment and comply with vehicle and safety policies.
