Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily property upkeep under supervision. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, custodial tasks and grounds work across the apartment community.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year or more of recent experience in property management maintenance is required; 2+ years preferred.
• High school education or equivalent; may have 3+ years experience with technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches and outlets.
• Perform minor plumbing work and drain clearing; replace fittings and faucets.
• Replace broken tile, screens, fixtures, appliances, blinds and locks.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as directed.
• Perform minor carpentry and shelving work; assist doors/windows and sanding.
