Job summary

Greco Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Saint Paul, MN. You will perform grounds, landscaping, cleaning, repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep properties in top condition.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. The role may require extended hours for turnover projects and coordination with contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Extended hours for turnover work may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & curb appeal maintenance to keep the property looking its best.
• Flower & plant maintenance including watering and seasonal upkeep.
• Trash & recycling management and area cleanliness.
• Garage maintenance of parking areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and diagnose/repair issues.
• Repair in‑unit and common area appliances.
• Paint touch‑ups and full‑unit painting as needed.
• Turnover maintenance for new residents, including repairs and cleaning.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing & electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Perform snow and ice removal on sidewalks, walkways, and shared spaces.
• Purchase and pick up approved parts and materials.
• Coordinate with painters, carpet installers, and other contractors.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
