Job summary

Park Grove Realty, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep of buildings and grounds at the assigned property locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle work orders, and ensure timely turnover of vacant units.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of related maintenance experience, with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. On-call availability is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping or facilities related field.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the common areas and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed records of location, item, and schedule.
• Complete all resident and site work orders promptly and complete all relevant paperwork.
• Ensure expeditious turnover of vacant apartments to minimize loss of rental income.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies with monthly counts and reporting to the Community Manager for purchases.
• Be available/on-call by phone for emergencies.
