Job summary

EPAC Management is seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician in Sicklerville, NJ. The role focuses on completing resident work orders, preparing units, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep at a single community with occasional travel to nearby properties.

You will communicate professionally with residents and staff, work independently, and participate in rotating after-hours emergency on-call coverage. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with repairs, turnover, and preventive tasks.
• Residential property-maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments on time.
• Professional communication with residents, staff, vendors, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly and document with notes and photos.
• Walk property to identify repair, safety, cleanliness, grounds, and preventive needs.
• Perform general repairs, painting touch-ups, and seasonal tasks.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including lock changes.
• Complete preventive maintenance, HVAC filter checks, and floor-drain flushing as needed.
• Maintain clean maintenance rooms, tools, and vehicles.
• Provide daily updates to the property manager and escalate urgent concerns.
• Assist at other EPAC properties when needed.
• Accurately record time, travel, and emergency-call details.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
