Job summary

EPAC Management in Vineland, NJ, seeks a dependable Floating Property Maintenance Technician who travels among EPAC communities to perform maintenance, repairs, turns, and preventive tasks. This role requires independence, clear communication with managers and residents, and willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience in maintenance or related fields, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance, repair, apartment turnover, construction, or related hands-on experience.
• Residential property-maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic repairs, painting, preventive maintenance, and safe tool use.

Responsibilities

• Travel among assigned EPAC communities to complete work orders, repairs, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and property-upkeep assignments.
• Complete resident work orders promptly and document completed work with clear notes and before-and-after photos in Entrata.
• Walk assigned properties to identify repair, safety, cleanliness, grounds, drainage, and preventive-maintenance needs.
• Perform general repairs, touch-up painting, light grounds work, debris removal, and seasonal tasks.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, entrance touch-ups, and lock changes.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, including HVAC filter checks and changes and floor-drain flushing where required.
• Respond to changing priorities and provide maintenance support where it is most needed.
