Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting.
• Prepare and paint walls.
• Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades.
• Restore door locks and key systems.
• Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work.
