Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine upkeep in apartments, common areas, and amenities. The role includes preparing vacant units for move-ins, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting grounds and cleaning tasks to maintain property appearance.

Responsibilities span through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycles, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and timely completion of work orders. Strong communication with supervisory staff is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas and amenity areas.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins and maintain property appearance.
• Assist in cleaning functions and monitor grounds; assist in preventive maintenance.
• Order supplies for the property and support annual maintenance plans.
