Flagship Communities REIT in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Manufactured Home Community. You will perform painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work and landscaping, working autonomously while following health and safety guidelines.

The role reports to the Community Manager and involves maintaining heating/plumbing systems, inspecting alarm systems, fixing locks/windows, pest control, and general upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.).
• Undertake pest control activities such as spraying insecticide.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in good shape.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
• Mow, weed eat and hedge trim and perform preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment.
