Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents at our Austin property. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.

Responsibilities include apartment turnover within 3–5 business days, common area upkeep, maintaining a safe, clean work environment, and assisting with inventory and tool records.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Turnover maintenance and common area upkeep, including blinds, filters, bulbs, caulking, and other repairs.
