Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold and service the Ambassador Housing Village property. You will ensure residents have a high-quality experience by keeping all amenities in proper working order and addressing maintenance requests across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, the ability to meet driving guidelines, at least five years of maintenance experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet driving guidelines.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry.
• At least five years of maintenance experience.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance; cleaning, prepping, and servicing equipment.
• Maintenance and repair requests for plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Carpentry.
• Renovation projects; repairing or replacing equipment or structures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Performing inventory on equipment and supplies.
• Cooperating with contractors.
