Cintra Realty Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lewisville, TX to keep our facilities operating smoothly, inspect for damage, and perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. You will be a reliable team player and problem solver committed to maintaining property standards.

The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, strong safety awareness, and can coordinate with residents, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Capable to work in various conditions including confined spaces, heights, and outdoors.
• On-call availability nights and weekends.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Excellent work ethic, communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine repair solutions.
• Assist with preventative maintenance schedules.
