Tomlinson & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Meadowlands properties in Butte, MT.

This full‑time role requires the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, manage on-site shop organization, and assist with move‑in readiness and grounds upkeep. The position includes on‑call duties for nights and weekends, a budget‑driven purchasing process, and close collaboration with the property manager and office staff.

Qualifications

• Must have GED.
• Have 2 years or more experience performing maintenance tasks.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to run errands for the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure company tools and equipment.
• Complete any task assigned by the manager.
• Be on call for emergencies nights and weekends.
• Keep the maintenance shop in a neat, organized manner.
• Purchase only those items necessary for the current month and within the monthly budgeted amount.
• Other requests as asked by the manager.
