Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Minneapolis–Saint Paul communities and ensure a high-quality living experience for residents. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property, including repairs and preventative work.

Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing work requests, appliance assessments, preparing vacant units, and occasional on-call duties with a trip stipend.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
