Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Bren Road Station community in Minnetonka, MN. You will help maintain the property's appearance and functionality to deliver a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities include repairs and preventative maintenance, completing work orders, servicing appliances, assisting with vacants, and ensuring a safe work environment. On-call duty with trip stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems and painting is preferred.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
