Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Legends of Colombia Heights in Columbia Heights, MN. You will maintain the property's appearance and systems to provide a great living experience for residents, handle work orders, and assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in maintenance, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/painting, HVAC and EPA preferred, CPO certification preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
