Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Preserve at Shady Oak, a 220-unit community in Minnetonka, MN. You will maintain property appearance and ensure a great resident experience, responding to work orders and supporting on-site operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in maintenance with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting; HVAC and EPA experience preferred; a valid license may be required. A 5% bonus eligibility is included in the pay package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend if called back after hours).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
