Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day property upkeep and tenant support under the supervision of the Management staff.

You will respond to tenant requests, perform preventive maintenance, operate tools, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the property, including on-call responsiveness and make-ready tasks for vacant units. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant requests, complaints, or questions courteously and timely.
• Complete service requests within 48 hours depending on unit status.
• Carry a cell phone and be on-call for maintenance as required.
• Assist with custodial duties and building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Operate various tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs within capability; ensure safety compliance.
