Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our property buildings and grounds in top condition. You will handle daily repairs, prep vacant units, manage supplies, and support on-call service requests to keep residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• Able to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of the property and prep of vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at end of day.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Handle lock-outs from evictions and 24-hour service response.
