Apartment-Management-Consultants in Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform essential repairs and prep vacant units for occupancy. You will help maintain the property and grounds, ensuring tools and supplies are in stock and in good condition.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus hands-on maintenance experience. On-call availability and a professional appearance are expected as part of this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Operate hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and in good condition.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance with the required uniform.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at the close of each work day.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
