Coast Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our Washington communities. You will assist with apartment make-ready, inspect grounds and buildings, perform repairs with supervisor approval, and maintain tools and supplies. Reliable transportation and safety habits are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions written, oral or diagram form.
• Experience in property maintenance.
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Minor appliance skills.
• Knowledge of building equipment.
• Ability to evaluate deficiencies and troubleshoot parts.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Handle service calls timely.
• Good safety habits.
• Own and maintain your own tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Speak to and maintain good working relations with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures.
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings.
• Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Available or on-call for after-hours emergencies when assigned.
