Job summary

Coast Property Management is seeking a property maintenance professional for our Seattle, WA portfolio. You will assist with apartment make-ready, inspect grounds and buildings, and perform repairs with supervisor approval to ensure safe, well-kept communities.

Ideal candidates have prior property maintenance experience, knowledge of painting, drywall patches, and basic plumbing. You’ll maintain tools and respond promptly to after-hours calls, contributing to a reliable resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs, e.g., disposals and faucets.
• Minor appliance skills.
• Able to evaluate deficiencies and troubleshoot parts.
• Good safety habits and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures.
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings.
• Perform repairs or replacements with supervisor approval.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.
• Available or on-call for after-hours emergencies when assigned.
