WRH Realty Services, LLC. is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Brandon, FL. The role works closely with the Maintenance Manager to keep the community in top condition and provides 24-hour emergency services to residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring turns, unit upkeep, completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and on-call duties. The position requires physical work, valid license, and a flexible schedule with weekend availability.

Formación

• Must meet all physical requirements of the position; lifting required.
• 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• EPA certification Type II or Greater is required.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, pool systems, drywall repair, painting, and HVAC.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week with on-call emergencies and weekend work.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Working smartphone for required apps.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs.
• Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good curb appeal.
• Complete work orders.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to prevent deterioration of systems.
• Conduct routine trash pick-up daily.
• Record maintenance or repair type and cost.
• Check irrigation systems regularly.
• Trash compactor and pool maintenance during season.
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, drywall, insulating, roofing, pool maintenance, appliance installation and repair of buildings, floors or stairs.
• Basic electrical work.
• Diagnose and repair appliances and related systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• All other duties as assigned.
