Responsibilities include maintaining exterior curb appeal, processing work orders, and coordinating with property teams. Requirements include 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-call readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of property maintenance experience or equivalent
• EPA Type II certification required
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and HVAC systems
• Must be able to lift as required and on-call readiness
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient with basic computer use for email and training

Responsibilities

• Monitor turns, vacancies, and move outs
• Maintain exterior curb appeal
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• Perform routine trash pickup and housekeeping tasks
• Record maintenance type and cost of repairs
• Check irrigation systems regularly
• Pool maintenance and seasonal tasks
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical tasks
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Other duties as assigned
