The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or in a team, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude.
• Work independently or as part of a team; prioritize tasks and stay organized.
• Identify and report issues involving employees, property, or residents to management.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments in a timely manner.
• Maintain common hallways and community room areas; turn vacant apartments for leasing.
• Remove trash and debris from vacant units and assist with evictions.
• Repair or replace window glass and screens; paint or touch up as needed.
• Carpentry tasks: drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, tile work, etc.
• Electrical work: switches, receptacles, fixtures, fans; locate shorts and open circuits.
• Appliance repairs: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer components.
• Plumbing repairs: faucets, tubs, leaks, drains, water heaters.
