Princeton Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site property operations, lead maintenance staff, and ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general grounds tasks, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team, and communicate effectively with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and residents.

• Complete service requests in occupied apartments on time.
• Maintain common hallways and community spaces.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Remove trash and assist with evictions.
• Repair or replace damaged window glass and screens.
• Paint and touch up as needed.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as drywall, doors, cabinets.
• Handle basic electrical: switches, fixtures, wiring.
• Perform basic appliance, plumbing, HVAC repairs.
• Maintain exterior lighting and safety checks.
• Perform general grounds duties and snow removal.
• Assist with compliance inspections and after-hours emergencies.
• May be asked to assist supervisor with other tasks.
