Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property buildings and grounds in top condition. You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units, manage tools and supplies, and ensure safety and professional standards are met.

On-call responsibilities and 24-hour response are part of the role. We offer full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits, including health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Property maintenance/handyman experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand for tasks.
• Report unusual or extraordinary property or resident issues.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Operate within OSHA and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and provide 24-hour response.
