Job summary

Hayes Gibson is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems across our properties, supporting safe, comfortable living environments and strong resident relations.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with on-call emergency coverage. Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances) and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach with excellent resident‑service mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Customer service mindset and reliability.
Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to keep systems running smoothly.
Inspect & Report: Regularly inspect properties to identify problems and address them proactively.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work meets safety regulations and company standards.
