Fairfield Homes, Inc. is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to serve Pomeroy Cliffs and Oak View Manor. This full-time, on-site role focuses on repairs, safety, and curb appeal, with a 34-hour workweek paid as 40 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will respond to resident requests, perform general maintenance, and help protect the community’s physical assets, working as part of a team that values quality and service.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Possession of commonly used tools such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.

You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience anda passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.You enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
