Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at Birchwood & Knollwood communities in Versailles and Union City, OH.

This full-time role supports residents by completing repairs, maintaining safety and curb appeal, and delivering exceptional service. You will work with tools and materials to address plumbing, electrical, and general repairs while providing reliable customer service.

Formación

• At least 1 year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Possession of or ability to acquire commonly used tools (channel locks, plumbi ng tools, etc).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience anda passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.You enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.

• Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets

WHAT YOU NEED

• At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
