Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician for Elevate 340. This full-time, on-site role supports residents by completing service requests, performing general repairs, and maintaining safe, attractive properties.

You will work with a team dedicated to quality and customer service. The ideal candidate has at least one year of property maintenance experience, basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.

You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience anda passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.You enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.
