Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Community Service Technician to create safe, comfortable homes for residents. This role is integral to maintaining property conditions and delivering exceptional service, all in a supportive team environment.

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests

What You’ll Need

• At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Possession of – or ability to acquire – commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
